In 2013 Joseph Boniface Architects were commissioned to design a statement home on a prominent raised site in Lancashire with views over the River Wyre and towards the Bowland Hills to the east.
A ‘H’ shaped plan was devised to separate the living and leisure quarters, this incorporated two courtyards providing shelter from the prevailing winds whilst maximising the views and path of the sun.
Planning consent was granted in 2014.
