ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

Joseph Boniface Architects Ltd was formed in 2010 and is based in the seaside town of Blackpool.

We are very proud to have worked with hundreds of clients on projects ranging from domestic extensions in the early years to large scale commercial and residential schemes for large private developers and local authorities.

We love what we do, each and every site and project we have worked on and all of our clients are different.

We are well placed to work on projects around the UK and have current projects underway in Manchester, Liverpool, London, Chichester and Lancashire.

We approach each project with the same question: how do we fulfil the potential of the site, brief and budget to exceed the expectations of our clients whilst ensuring value? We work closely with our clients during the design stage which is integral to the process as well as other consultants, artists and craftsmen to ensure our buildings have the intended impact for the people who use them, own them and interact with them.

We invest in two very important factors which ensures our practice can provide an excellent service; The first is employing the most talented local architects, architectural assistants and designers. Joseph was born and grew up in Blackpool and returned after studying and working in Manchester and London for more than ten years. Having the best possible team to create and realise ideas is essential to the success of a project and to the company as a whole. The second is technology. Although there can be no greater tool than a sketch or a model to convey an idea, technology helps us bring a project alive. We use the latest software and are able to create scaled building components on our 3D printer to develop our initial thoughts into a coherent package of information.
